Car Carrier Truck Driver
A Car Carrier Truck Driver’s main responsibility is to safely transport very expensive cars from one location to another. They must follow traffic laws and correctly route themselves, ensuring that there is always sufficient diesel in the tank for their destination.
Requirements:
- Code 14 Drivers License and valid PDP
- 5 years of truck driving experience
- Must be 35 years of age or older
- Physically fit
- Will be required to undergo a medical examination on appointment thereafter will be repeated from time to time, to ensure that they are physically fit to carry out their duties
- Essential Skills Needed to be an Excellent Driver:
- Strong knowledge of the traffic laws
- Excellent mechanical and maintenance knowledge
- Problem solving and ability to make good decisions
- Managing space, negotiating intersections and curves
- Managing speed, turning, merging and passing
- Negotiating highways and interchanges
- Stress and time management
- Reliability, awareness and alertness
- Excellent communications skills and self-dependence
Duties include but not limited to:
- Follow traffic rules and obey signs and signals
- Know how to respond to an accident
- Load and off load your truck
- Maintain your truck in an excellent condition always

Requirements:

- Confirm that all information captured is complete on check sheets and accurate before sending vehicles out, before parking it, despatch / or Self getting self-collected by customer
- Prioritising and ensuring that urgent vehicles are delivered / checked
- Updates to Customers regarding status of vehicles if they phone in / or enter Office
- General logistic Admin / Filing
Working hours:
Monday to Friday 7h00-17h00, if after hours is needed (Manager will advise)
Weekends Manager will advise
Alternate public holidays 08h00 – 12h00

Hydraulic Technician - Camperdown

Responsibilities:
- Disassemble and inspect hydraulic cylinders, pumps, valves, motors, and pipes
- Repair pumps, valves, motor, cylinders, and pipes as related to our business
- Test and inspect hydraulic pumps, valves, motors, cylinders, and pipes, etc.
- Install hydraulic components onto in-house or onsite customer equipment
